An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join a respected qualified services organisation in Sydney CBD on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave.
About the Role
Supporting a national client group of approximately 100 employees, this role offers a broad mix of business partnering, employee relations, talent initiatives and project work.
You'll work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in delivering people solutions that support both immediate business needs and longer-term organisational objectives.
This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging HR professional who enjoys operating in a hands-on partnering role and is looking to further develop their experience within a sophisticated, fast-paced and relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice and support
Manage employee relations and performance management matters
Support talent, workforce and succession initiatives
Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities
Contribute to organisational change and transformation projects
Support HR system and process improvement initiatives
Participate in broader people and culture programs across the business
Provide guidance on health, safety and employee wellbeing matters
About You
You will bring:




3 -4 years' experience in a HRBP capacity
Experience within qualified services, consulting, legal, accounting or partnership-based environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Confidence managing employee relations and performance conversations
A proactive and self-sufficient approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine interest in partnering with the business while remaining happy to roll up your sleeves operationally
