About the opportunity
A growing national technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of several customer SaaS implementations at once and see them through to go-live.
This is a vendor-side role: you'll be the person the customer looks to for delivery confidence, while keeping scope, budget and resourcing on track for the business.
The team works side by side in the CBD and needs someone who can step in and run projects from day one, without a long settling-in period.
The role
Manage multiple customer-facing SaaS implementation projects concurrently, through to go-live
Own scope, budgets and resourcing across T&M; and fixed-price engagements
Manage SOWs and commercial change with customers
Lead customer stakeholder relationships and keep them confident in delivery
Get up to speed quickly and drive projects with minimal ramp-up




What you'll bring
Project management experience on the vendor side: SaaS provider, reseller/VAR, systems integrator or technology consultancy (not an internal IT or PMO background)
A track record of delivering customer SaaS implementations through to go-live
Robust commercial control: scope, budget, SOWs, T&M; and fixed-price delivery
Confidence managing customer stakeholders at all levels
Availability to start by early November
Formal PM credentials such as PMP are highly regarded.
