Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Officer to support the finance team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end accounts payable processing
Supplier reconciliations and payment runs
Processing and allocating customer receipts
Managing customer accounts and collections activities
Preparing and issuing invoices and credit notes
Investigating and resolving account discrepancies
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and data integrity
Responding to supplier and customer queries in a professional manner
Assisting with month-end reporting and finance administration
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position,



you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Strong reconciliation and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and processes
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
