Your new role
As Bookkeeper, you will provide end-to-end bookkeeping support while contributing to the smooth running of the finance function.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Payroll processing and related administration
Bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and data integrity
Assisting with month-end processes and reporting requirements
Supporting budgeting, compliance and audit activities
General finance administration and reporting support
Assisting with the implementation and transition to a new accounting software system
Liaising with internal stakeholders to support finance operations
This is a diverse role offering exposure across multiple areas of finance and bookkeeping.
What you'll need to succeed




To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience in a bookkeeping, accounts or finance support position
Sound knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
Payroll processing experience
Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Well-developed organisational and time management skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Solid communication skills and a team-focused approach
Relevant bookkeeping, accounting or finance qualifications will be highly regarded
