Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the Kitchens
Cleaning of all pots and dishes from the kitchen/chefs /restaurant
Cleaning of chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen hardware and other operational related items
Responsible for the cleanliness of all food preparation areas, this includes the back of house storage areas, loading docks, fridges and freezers.
Ensure that all hazardous chemicals and materials are stored in a secure environment.
Collect and remove domestic waste
ABOUT YOUThe right candidate will:
Experience Using a Commercial Dishwasher
Knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals and their protected use
Basic Food Preparation Skills
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar environment




Excellent organisational & time management skills
High standards of presentation and grooming
THE ROSTERThe role requires someone to weekday shiftsWe are currently looking for someone who is available 4-5 days per week from 5PM to midnight.
