Your current role
As a Temporary Data Entry Officer, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of information and ensuring the accuracy of client and case-related records.
Working closely with the administration team, you will support daily operations through efficient data management and document processing.
Key responsibilities include:
Entering and updating client and case information across internal systems
Reviewing records for accuracy and completeness
Scanning, filing and indexing legal documents
Maintaining electronic records
Performing quality checks to ensure data integrity
Assisting with document management and general administrative tasks
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in data entry,



administration or office support
High attention to detail and exceptional accuracy
Strong keyboard and data entry skills
Ability to manage large volumes of work efficiently
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience within legal, professional services or corporate environments will be highly regarded
