About the roleAs a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control and collections process.
This role is essential for safeguarding cash flow and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilitiesEvaluate new credit applications and trigger approval requestsConduct daily reviews of accounts and issue timely payment remindersCoordinate with Operations to resolve customer billing disputesExecute credit holds/releases and initiate refund requestsFormally advise customers of credit limit decisions professionally.
Skills & experienceProven experience in accounts receivable or credit control,



with at least 1 year of hands-on experienceStrong analytical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environmentExcellent negotiation and communication skills for managing customer interactionsSolid working knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance standardsExperience with CargoWise Finance is highly preferred.
