Your new role
Coordinating the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the communications strategy
Developing high-quality written and digital content across websites, newsletters, social media, promotional materials and stakeholder communications
Supporting strategic communications planning and ensuring messaging aligns with organisational priorities
Managing digital communications channels and maintaining engaging, accurate and relevant content
Maintaining brand consistency and developing accessible communications for diverse audiences
Using analytics and performance data to evaluate communications activity and recommend opportunities to strengthen audience reach
Building team-oriented relationships across internal teams to support consistent and effective communications
Identifying emerging communications trends, channels and opportunities
Supporting stakeholder and member engagement through targeted communications
What you'll need to succeed
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience,



with at least three years' experience in communications or a related field
Strong strategic communications capability, including experience planning, delivering and evaluating communications activities
An interest in the health system and promoting access to health care
Exceptional writing and content development skills across digital and traditional channels
Strong digital communications capability across websites, social media and email communications
Graphic design capability using Canva or similar platforms
A current WWVP registration.
