We are seeking an organised and people-focused PALM Scheme Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day support, welfare and administration of workers participating in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme.
This is a rewarding role that combines workforce coordination, employee support, stakeholder engagement and compliance to ensure workers have a positive experience both at work and within the local community.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the onboarding and mobilisation of PALM Scheme workersProvide ongoing welfare, pastoral care and workplace supportAssist workers with accommodation, transport and community integrationMaintain accurate employment and compliance recordsLiaise with employers, government agencies and community organisationsSupport worker wellbeing, engagement and retention initiativesManage incident reporting and resolve worker concerns professionallyEnsure compliance with PALM Scheme requirements and employment obligationsCoordinate training,
