About the roleAs an Electrical Compliance Engineer, you will ensure that electrical products meet AS/NZS standards and regulatory requirements.
You will manage compliance processes across various products, liaising with suppliers, testing laboratories, and regulatory authorities.
Key responsibilitiesEnsure compliance of electrical and electronic products with Australian and Current Zealand standardsReview inspection reports, test reports, and compliance documentation from suppliersConduct product evaluations, including electrical testing and troubleshootingIdentify compliance risks and implement corrective actionsLiaise with external laboratories, certification bodies, and compliance teamsMaintain compliance documentation and certification recordsMonitor updates to relevant standards and ensure ongoing complianceSupport retailer compliance requirements and respond to technical enquiries.
Skills & experienceDegree or trade qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related disciplineProven experience in Electrical Compliance or Regulatory rolesStrong knowledge of AS/NZS electrical standards and frameworksExperience with product testing, certification,



and troubleshootingAbility to interpret technical reports and laboratory test resultsStrong problem-solving skills with a practical approachExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
