You will be driving transformation across customer-facing and operational domains, with genuine scope to shape how the program evolves.About the RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of a complex portfolio of interconnected projects spanning billing, credit, meter data, and customer experience, core to the products this organisation delivers to utilities clients globally.
You will bring structure and momentum to a high-visibility program, working alongside senior leaders, technical teams, and customer-focused stakeholders across the business.This role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager who has been operating at the top of their current level and is seeking a platform to demonstrate program-level capability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and govern a portfolio of concurrent projects across billing, credit, meter data, and customer experience domainsDrive delivery outcomes using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including running ceremonies and maintaining cadence across delivery teamsEngage and manage senior stakeholders across the business, providing clear program reporting, risk escalation, and executive-level communicationDevelop and maintain program-level governance artefacts including roadmaps,
