Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to design, build, and govern a modern enterprise data platform.
This role will focus on data modelling, ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and analytics, ensuring high-quality, governed data is available for business insights and activation.
You will work across multiple analytics and reporting platforms, supporting stakeholder needs ranging from operational teams to executive and regulatory reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Salesforce Data Cloud data models, including DMOs, relationships, and calculated insightsConfigure identity resolution and segmentation for analytics and activation use casesDesign and enforce data access controls aligned with Salesforce security and entitlement modelsDefine and maintain data ownership, lineage,



and governance standardsBuild reusable, performance-optimised metrics and semantic datasetsEnsure dashboards and analytics align with Data Cloud models and governance frameworksSupport executive, operational, and regulatory reporting requirementsMonitor and optimise Data Cloud performance, data volumes, and cost efficiencyRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce analytics platforms (CRM Analytics, Tableau Next, Data360)Working knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Financial Services)Strong data modelling expertise and understanding of analytics performance best practicesGood understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models within analytics contextsExperience designing analytics solutions aligned with privacy, consent, and regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with CI/CD and release management tools (e.g. Copado or equivalent)Mandatory Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant CertificationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat's on OfferOpportunity to build and govern a core enterprise data capabilityExposure to large-scale data and analytics ecosystemsWork within a highly regulated financial environment with solid governance frameworksCollaborative, Agile delivery workplace with cross-functional teamsAvailable on either a permanent or contract basisHow to Apply Please submit your CV to be considered.
