HR Coordinator – Temporary$40–$45 per hour + super | North Parramatta | Parking onsite | Immediate StartWe're looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team on a temporary basis, providing hands-on operational support across multiple divisions.Working within a high-volume, fast-paced workplace, you'll operate as a floater across the HR team, stepping in where needed and ensuring day-to-day HR activities are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.The roleYour responsibilities will include:Preparing Letters of Offer and processing employee change requestsMaintaining HR trackers and ensuring information is accurate and up to dateManaging electronic employee filing and HR documentationPreparing and distributing probation reminders and coordinating exit interviewsSupporting recurring HR administration and employee lifecycle activitiesAssisting with HR reporting and ad hoc requestsProviding broader support across the HR team as priorities and workloads shiftEnsuring HR processes and tasks are completed accurately and within agreed SLAsAbout youYou'll be an experienced HR Coordinator who is comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.You'll bring:Previous experience supporting a fast-paced HR functionStrong HR administration and employee lifecycle experienceExcellent organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage competing priorities and high volumesA flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to jump in where requiredConfidence working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee recordsStrong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approachWhat's on offer$40–$45 per hour + superImmediate startParking onsiteOpportunity to join an established HR team and gain exposure across a broad HR operationIf you're an experienced HR Coordinator who enjoys being busy, can quickly pick up new processes and is available to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
