Recruitment Consultant – Sydney CBD Quay (Ethos BeathChapman) is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney CBD team, working across Government and Banking/FS clients.
This is a split desk across temporary and permanent recruitment, with an established foundation of temporary revenue already allocated to the desk.
The prospect is for someone who can take that existing base and build further growth across both temp and perm.
The role You'll work across a mix of Government and Banking clients, managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to placement and ongoing client relationships.
The desk already has active temporary business, so you won't be starting from scratch.
We're looking for someone who enjoys developing relationships, winning new business and building a desk over the longer term.
You'll have the opportunity to:Manage existing temporary recruitment requirements and grow the contractor baseDevelop permanent recruitment opportunities across Commercial and Banking/FSBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsSource,



interview and represent candidatesDevelop new business and identify opportunities within existing accountsWork closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market adviceBuild your own network and profile across your specialist marketWhat we're looking for We're open to different levels of recruitment experience, but you'll ideally have:Previous agency recruitment experienceA genuine interest in Banking/Financial Services recruitmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA commercial mindset and interest in business developmentThe ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomouslyA collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider teamWe're also open to someone looking to work 4 days per week and provide a hybrid work environment Why this role?
