Selection CriteriaRelevant HR qualification coupled with proven experience in a HRBP or Senior HR Advisory roleStrong employee and industrial relations knowledge with the ability to confidently manage complex mattersProven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience supporting organisational change,
