This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the coordination and administration side of recruitment and is confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The company are based in Melbourne's CBD.
They offer hybrid work options, 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.
For the first month whilst onboarding you will be required in the office full-time.
This role is to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities Working closely with the Talent team, you will provide hands-on coordination and administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle.
You will play an important role in keeping recruitment processes moving efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple vacancies and stakeholdersSupport the onboarding process for new startersSchedule and coordinate interviewsComplete recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate recordsConduct and coordinate reference checksPrepare documentation and support the Talent team with recruitment processesProvide general coordination and administrative support during a busy period About You:Has experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR coordinationIs highly organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesHas robust attention to detail and excellent communication skillsIs confident coordinating interviews and working with multiple stakeholdersEnjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCan hit the ground running and provide reliable support to a busy Talent function Benefits:6-month full-time contract$40–$45 per hour + superCBD-based office | Close to public transportHybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home following onboardingOpportunity to support an established Talent team during a particularly busy periodA varied role with exposure across recruitment coordination, onboarding and Talent administrationIf you're an organised Talent Coordinator looking for your next contract opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
