$46ph + SuperASAP startContract through to 31 March ****Eight Mile Plains locationHybrid working – office-based during onboarding, then 2 days WFHJoin a large, supportive shared services payroll teamHigh-volume and varied payroll environmentOpportunity to get involved in process improvements and system enhancementsAbout the RoleWorking as part of a busy payroll function, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services across a large workforce.You'll be involved in:Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on timeManaging pay cycles, including terminations, reconciliations and overpaymentsProcessing off-cycle and ad hoc paymentsInvestigating and resolving payroll queriesMonitoring and actioning Payroll Control Centre (PCC) alertsMaintaining accurate and confidential payroll dataSupporting system updates,



UAT testing and process improvementsWorking closely with managers, employees and internal teams to resolve queriesContributing to a positive and customer-focused payroll experienceAbout YouWe're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has:Previous experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally within a high-volume environmentStrong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and complianceExcellent attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA customer-focused approach to resolving payroll queriesConfidence working independently while also contributing to a wider teamSAP and/or SuccessFactors experience is desirable, but not essentialWhy Apply?
