This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a high-volume HR setting while supporting one of Australia's most recognised brands.About the RoleYou'll join a specialist team within the Shared Services function, providing support to team members across a range of HR-related enquiries.
This role is focused on delivering a positive employee experience through the timely resolution of pay-impacting issues, system navigation support, benefits enquiries, and recruitment-related questions.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to team member enquiries via web-based channelsAssist with pay-impacting issues and employee administration queriesSupport team members with system navigation and troubleshootingProvide information relating to employee benefits and recruitment processesMake outbound calls and receive inbound calls when required to investigate or resolve enquiriesMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsDeliver a positive and professional team member experience at every interactionWork collaboratively within a high-volume shared services environmentAbout YouStrong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive, proactive, and solutions-focused approachStrong organisational and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyPrevious customer service, administration, HR, or shared services experience highly regardedWillingness to learn and develop current skills, including phone-based supportRole DetailsTemporary Contract to March ****Training: 4-week full-time onboarding (in office)Location: Eight Mile PlainsWork model:Minimum 2 days per week in officeRostered Shifts: Monday – Friday between 6:30am – 5:30pmImmediate Start!
