This is an opportunity to join a major infrastructure project in a true HR Business Partner position, partnering with operational leaders across a large diverse workforce.
Working within a supportive People & Culture team, you'll play a key role in driving workforce initiatives, managing employee relations matters from initial enquiry through to resolution and supporting leaders through change in a fast-paced setting.Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing strategic partnering with hands-on HR generalist support.
The RoleIn this varied position, you'll provide end-to-end HR business partnering support across a complex operational workforce.Partnering with leaders on a broad range of people, performance and workforce mattersManaging employee relations cases including performance, conduct, grievances and investigationsCoaching and influencing leaders through complex and sensitive situationsSupporting workforce planning, organisational change and consultation activitiesProviding guidance on employment legislation,
