You will support the integration of multiple payroll systems, contributing to a large-scale transformation and process improvement initiative.
Key responsibilitiesSupport the integration and consolidation of multiple payroll systemsAssist with payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activitiesCollaborate with payroll, HR, finance, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integrationAnalyse payroll processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficienciesSupport testing, troubleshooting, and system implementation activitiesManage and maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycleAssist with documenting processes, workflows,



and system requirementsContribute to project milestones and deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Skills & experienceStrong payroll experience with a thorough understanding of payroll legislation and processesPrevious experience working on payroll system implementations, integrations, or transformation projectsExperience with payroll data migration, system testing, and process mappingExposure to payroll platforms such as Micropay, PayGlobal, Dayforce, or similar payroll systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAdvanced attention to detail and data accuracy.
