This is an opportunity to join a small Australian team where you'll play a key role in supporting sales performance, coordinating marketing activity and keeping the business's customer information, systems and sales pipeline running smoothly.Working closely with management and the sales team, you'll suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and keeping things moving in a hands-on environment.
This is a varied position combining sales coordination, CRM management, lead generation and marketing, with plenty of opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business.What's in it for you?

projects and market opportunities to support business developmentCoordinating marketing campaigns, social media content, email communications and digital and print collateralSupporting product launches, trade shows, demonstrations and industry eventsLiaising with sales, service, parts and administration teams to ensure information flows smoothly across the businessMonitoring outstanding actions, identifying opportunities to improve processes and ensuring key tasks don't fall through the cracksMaintaining customer, competitor and market intelligence to help the sales team identify new business opportunitiesYou are:Experienced in sales coordination, sales administration, commercial support or a similar B2B coordination roleConfident using CRM systems, ideally with hands-on Salesforce experience beyond basic data entryHighly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesA strong communicator who can confidently liaise with management, customers and internal stakeholdersProactive and accountable, with the ability to follow up outstanding actions and work independentlyCommercially minded, with an understanding of how effective sales support and customer follow-up contribute to business growthComfortable coordinating marketing activities, with experience in campaigns, social media, content or events highly regardedAdaptable and happy working across different functions in a small, hands-on teamExperience in heavy machinery, equipment hire, construction, manufacturing, mining, recycling or industrial B2B environments will be highly regarded, but is not essential.If this sounds like the role for your please APPLY NOW or contact Caitlin // ******
