Multimedia Content ProducerMelbourne CBD | Hybrid Working | Immediate Start until March ****An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Multimedia Content Producer to join a high-performing communications team within a Victorian public sector organisation.This role will suit someone who lives and breathes social media and understands how to create engaging, platform-first content that cuts through.
You'll be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to delivery, producing high-quality video and multimedia content designed for digital audiences across a range of social platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduce end-to-end social media content including filming, editing, captioning and publishingCreate engaging video content optimised for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTubeMake sound editorial decisions and adapt content to suit different audiences and channelsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative vendors to deliver content on timeSupport campaign delivery and manage content through review and approval processesAssist with photography, motion graphics and other multimedia content as required.




About YouProven experience creating social-first video content from concept to completionStrong videography and video editing skills with the ability to work quickly without compromising qualityExcellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms and audience engagementExperience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar editing softwareStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working within government, higher education or another complex stakeholder workplace will be highly regarded.
