Job Description: I'm currently working with a leading Building Services consultancy looking to bring on an experienced Associate or Principal Electrical Engineer to join their Melbourne team.
The role will involve:-Leading electrical building services design across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments-Winning new work and building strong client relationships-Managing project delivery and technical quality-Mentoring and growing the electrical engineering team-Working closely with Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection teamsLooking for someone with:-Australian Building Services consulting experience-Proven ability to win recent business and develop client relationships-Strong technical electrical design background-Previous leadership or mentoring experience-Good understanding of Australian Standards & the NCC-Strong pipeline of projects, genuine career progression and a collaborative team culture.
