We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join the depot team of a leading international logistics company.
Working at the heart of the operation, you'll help ensure deliveries stay on track and customers receive the service they expect.
You'll be responsible for managing missed and delayed deliveries, coordinating rescheduled consignments, and liaising directly with customers to resolve delivery issues.
In this role, you'll:Coordinate and reschedule missed or delayed deliveriesLiaise with customers to arrange suitable delivery timesInvestigate delivery issues and find practical solutionsWork closely with drivers,



depot teams and internal departmentsUpdate delivery information and maintain accurate recordsHandle customer enquiries professionally and efficientlyHelp keep the depot operation running smoothly and on scheduleWhat we're looking for:Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailThe ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressureConfidence dealing with customers and internal teamsGood computer and administrative skillsPrevious experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or customer service is advantageousWhy join us?
