Key responsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries regarding warranty issues via phone, email, and in personAdminister warranty claims, including assessing coverage and problem-solvingLiaise with service agents and plumbers to ensure warranty work is completedMaintain the warranty database and complete data entry for warranty claimsProvide backup administration for customer service,

Skills & experienceProven experience in the plumbing industry, preferably with a focus on bathroom products and installationsStrong customer service ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and ability to work independently and within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic order entry systems.
