Working closely with the Clinical Care Manager, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence and supporting a high standard of person-centred care.
You will provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical guidance to nursing and care staff, helping to uplift capability and ensure best practice outcomes for residents.
