Jan **** Salary Expectations: Highly negotiable Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Utility & Facilities Manager for a temporary short-term opportunity based in Kewdale, WA.
This role will suit a practical, hands-on facilities professional who is confident managing service providers, contractors, site compliance, maintenance activities and minor capital works in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting.
Working Monday to Friday, you will oversee facilities management operations, support safe and compliant site activity, coordinate contractors and help ensure services are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the relationship and performance of external facilities management service providersCoordinate soft and hard facilities services, including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste, maintenance and statutory requirementsOversee contractor activity and ensure permit-to-work and site safety processes are followedSupport compliance with health, safety, environmental and site standardsTrack maintenance, inspections, risks and corrective actionsProvide clear updates on facilities performance, budgets,
