Your responsibilities will include:Leading Systems Engineering and Integration activities on major projectsDeveloping Systems Integration strategies, plans and roadmapsProviding technical leadership across integration, testing and commissioningDeveloping operational readiness frameworks and supporting trial operationsLeading systems assurance,



verification and validation activitiesDeveloping operational, maintenance and test conceptsSupporting project testing strategies, sequencing and commissioning prioritiesWorking across multidisciplinary teams and supporting business developmentProviding technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the wider team The RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in EngineeringSignificant experience delivering large, complex projectsDemonstrated experience integrating complex systems from subsystem level through to end-to-end operational integrationStrong understanding of systems assurance, safety, V&V;, testing and commissioningExperience in rail systems integration is highly desirableKnowledge of CBTC and/or ETCS is highly advantageousExperience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management would be beneficial If you're an experienced Systems Engineering and Integration leader looking for a role where you can influence major projects and help shape the future of rail and infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you.
