You'll be encouraged to get close to the business, understand your client groups and help leaders navigate people priorities, challenges and change.The RoleReporting to the HR Director and working closely with an experienced team, you'll support a portfolio of professional client groups while continuing to develop your capability across the full HR partnering cycle.Your responsibilities will include:Building trusted relationships with managers and key stakeholdersCoaching and developing leaders to confidently manage their peopleSupporting workforce planning, succession planning and talent discussionsContributing to remuneration reviews and broader people planningSupporting capability mapping,



job families and competency frameworksProviding practical advice across performance and general HR mattersIdentifying people priorities and proactively working with leaders on solutionsSupporting organisational change and broader HR initiativesContributing to WHS and workers compensation matters where requiredAbout YouYou may currently be a Senior HR Advisor looking for your first HRBP opportunity, or an early-career HR Business Partner ready to broaden your experience.You will ideally bring:Solid generalist HR experience within a corporate or white-collar environmentStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsConfidence coaching and influencing managersA proactive approach and genuine interest in understanding the businessStrong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skillsThe ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound judgement callsA resourceful and adaptable approach when priorities changeCuriosity and a genuine passion for learning and developing your HR careerWHS and workers compensation exposure would be advantageousWhy This Role?
