3 Month Contract | South West Sydney | HybridStep into a fast-paced Senior HR Business Partner contract where you can quickly build relationships, support leaders and make an immediate impact.You'll join the Australian operation of a well-established global organisation, working as part of an experienced HR team within a professional services environment.Partnering across a diverse portfolio of client groups, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business, providing practical HR advice, coaching and support while progressing key people priorities.This is not a transactional HR role.
You'll need to quickly build credibility, understand the business and confidently operate across a broad generalist HR remit.The RoleReporting to the HR Director, you will:Build trusted relationships with leaders across your client groupsCoach and support managers across people and performance mattersSupport workforce and succession planning, talent and capability developmentPartner with leaders on remuneration,



job families and competency frameworksProactively identify people priorities and provide practical solutionsContribute to broader HR projects and organisational initiativesProvide generalist HR advice, including ER and performance mattersSupport WHS, workers compensation and return-to-work matters as requiredAbout YouYou'll be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can quickly understand a business, establish strong stakeholder relationships and operate with a high level of autonomy.You'll ideally bring:Robust generalist HR experience within a corporate or white-collar environmentProven HR business partnering and stakeholder management capabilityConfidence coaching, challenging and influencing managersStrong prioritisation and time-management skillsA practical, resourceful and adaptable approachConfidence making decisions and navigating ambiguityThe ability to hit the ground running and add value quicklyWHS and/or workers compensation exposure would be advantageousIf you enjoy a fast-paced environment, like being close to the business and are looking for a hands-on Senior HRBP contract where you can make an immediate contribution, this could be a great next move.
