This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator or senior Registered Nurse to join a supportive team during an significant period as the facility prepares for re-accreditation.

Your responsibilities will include:Supporting clinical governance and quality improvementReviewing care plans, assessments and clinical documentationEnsuring documentation is accurate,



current and audit-readySupporting preparation for aged care re-accreditationConducting clinical audits and identifying areas for improvementMonitoring incidents, wounds, medications, falls and clinical riskSupporting compliance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsCoaching and supporting RNs and care staffProviding clinical leadership across the facilityAbout You We are looking for an experienced aged care clinician who can confidently step into a contract environment and make an immediate impact.
You will ideally have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseStrong Residential Aged Care experiencePrevious Clinical Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator or senior RN experienceSound knowledge of accreditation, clinical governance and complianceStrong auditing and clinical documentation skillsKnowledge of the Aged Care Quality StandardsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to commit through to March ****Current police check within 6 months, serology and compliance documents up to dateIf this sounds like you please apply below.
