you'll manage a portfolio of property claims from first notification through to resolution.
Your day-to-day will include:Managing end-to-end property and strata claimsAssessing coverage, liability, and claim outcomesLiaising with brokers, insureds, assessors, builders, and repairersCoordinating repairs and claim investigationsNegotiating settlements and delivering fair outcomesMaintaining accurate claim records and documentationProviding exceptional customer service throughout the claims processWhat We're Looking For You'll bring:Previous end-to-end Property Claims experienceDemonstrated experience managing escape of liquid, burst pipe, water damage, or other complex property claimsExposure to Strata Claims or Body Corporate Claims highly regardedStrong understanding of building, construction, or property-related claimsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage a busy claims portfolio with confidenceExperience using claims management systems and Microsoft ExcelFull Australian working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)If you're ready to bring your property claims expertise to a business where you'll be trusted, supported, and given room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
