Job Description
Queensland Health's Gladstone Community Specialist Palliative Care is seeking aClinical Nurse to provide specialist, person-centred care to patients and families navigating life-limiting illness.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support home-based care and coordinate services.
The role is permanent part-time (up to 32 hours per fortnight) with opportunities for career development.
Applicants should have current AHPRA registration and be comfortable delivering compassionate
