Job Description
Everyday Independence is seeking a Habit Coach to support NDIS participants in Warragul and surrounding areas.
You will travel to participants' homes or community locations, following therapy plans under the guidance of a primary therapist.
The role engages across ages, focusing on independence and meaningful daily activities.
Applicants may be studying OT, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy (min 2nd year) or hold a Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistance with relevant experience.
