Job Description
BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients living in the community across Rockhampton and surrounding areas.
The role focuses on in-home care, daily living support, and building meaningful relationships with clients to enhance independence and wellbeing.
You will spend time visiting clients, assisting with daily tasks, meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility as per each Care Plan, while also facilitating social activities and transportation needs.
