Job Description
Canberra Health Services (CHS) invites applications for an Allied Health Assistant Level 3 within the Transitional Therapy and Care Program.
You will work with allied health professionals to support short-term therapy and care for older people after hospital stays, helping them regain independence and safely return home.
Role requires autonomy, robust communication, and flexibility to operate across homes, a residential unit, and community settings.
Weekend/on-call rotas may be required.
