Hamilton Island Enterprises on Hamilton Island, QLD, seeks a proactive Return to Work Coordinator to lead our injury management and workers' compensation portfolio.
You will coordinate plans, support claims, and partner with managers, medical practitioners, insurers and internal teams for protected outcomes.
The role reports to the Human Resources Manager within a diverse resort operation, offering on-island work, collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and a focus on wellbeing and recovery.
