Job Description
Cruden Farm is seeking an on-site Events Operations staff member to manage hands-on delivery from setup through pack-down, ensuring safe, productive, and client-aligned execution.
You will work closely with the Venue & Events Manager, suppliers, and venue stakeholders to deliver a seamless and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities include confirming requirements, coordinating setups, supervising staff, handling complaints, and ensuring safety and service standards throughout events.
