Job Description
Pathway Talent is recruiting for a Youth Suicide Prevention Peer Worker to support young people up to 25 with lived experience of suicide, suicidality and self-harm.
The role focuses on tailoring psychosocial support to meet each young person where they are, with an emphasis on wellbeing, resilience and recovery.
You will work within a psychosocial support program grounded in lived experience, collaborating with families, carers and the Clinical Lead to deliver evidence-based, recovery-oriented
