Job Description
I'm looking for an experiencedSocial Media Producerto join a leading entertainment brand on a freelance basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely lovesTV, entertainment and social, knows what gets audiences talking, and can turn great moments into engaging, platform-first content.
You'll be working acrossTikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads and X, creating a mix of video and static content around major shows, releases and entertainment moments.
What I'm looking for:
3 - 5+ years' experience in social media, ideally withinentertainment, media, publishing or a major consumer brand.
Robust video and image editing skills – particularlyPremiere Pro and Photoshop
Confident creating content usingCanva, CapCut and in-app social editing tools
A strong understanding of what works across different social platforms and audiences
Experience creating content that drivesengagement,



conversation and fandom
A great eye for detail and the ability to writeshort, sharp and engaging social copy
Someone who understands social trends and can move quickly when an opportunity arises
Most importantly, a genuine passion forTV, streaming and entertainment
Australia-based ONLY – remote welcome
Starting ASAP through to November, with potential to extend
Freelance contract
The two working days are flexible, so this could work really well alongside other freelance projects.
