What will you do?
Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
More about you
Previous Commis Chef experience, required
Demonstrated experience preparing high-quality pizza and pasta dishes
Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
Solid background in kitchen operations
Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labour costs
Flexibility to work a rotating roster,



including early morning breakfast shifts and evening dinner service, is essential
