Your Impact in the Role
This is a hands-on role.
You will balance active powder coating duties with packing and pretreatment.
Lead by Example:



Operate the current powder coating line safely and efficiently.
Guarantee Quality: Maintain strict attention to detail to meet our high architectural standards.
Solve Problems: Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues to keep production moving smoothly.
What You Bring
Industry Experience: Proven background in industrial powder coating processes.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial powder coating processes is required.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with machinery.
Physical Fitness: Capability to handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 20kg.
Safety First Mindset: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.
Australian permanent resident status is required for this position.
