Located inTamworth, Nazareth Care is a fully accredited, not-for-profit organisation and home to 90 residents.
Nazareth House provides excellence in person centred and clinical care, with respect and compassion for all - Aged Care from the heart.
We are currently seeking an experiencedCookto join our friendly team on aPart Timebasis.
Working closely with the Catering Manager, your passion will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
Preparing nutritious and delicious meals according to menus, dietary requirements and preferences
Ensuring meals are presented to the highest standard
Working closely with the Catering Manager to develop new and exciting menu items
Adhering to Health and Safety protocols and Food Safety Programs
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Accurate record keeping
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in Aged Care, Health Services or Catering beneficial
Certificate III Commercial Cookery
A collaborative team player with a passion for making a difference
Excellent written and verbal communication skills




Permanent availability for day shifts (9:00-5:30 and 7:00-3:00)
