Job Description
Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a part time Disability Support Practitioner at Umina Beach, NSW.
You will assist adults in group homes with daily routines, personal care, and community involvement while following person-centred plans and safeguarding the dignity and independence of clients.
Applicants should have a NSW Driver's Licence (P2+), a passion for disability support, and willingness to complete funded training and qualifications.
