Job Description
The Buttery is seeking a Mental Health Support Coordinator for The Way Back in Lismore.
This part time role (30 hours/week) is hybrid, with office, home, and community work across Lismore and Byron areas.
You will deliver compassionate, non-clinical psychosocial support to individuals in suicidal crisis, develop safety plans, and link clients to clinical and community services to support recovery, over proactive outreach for up to three months.
