Job Description
IAG is shaping a new Dispute Resolution function within its Intermediated Insurance Australia.
We are seeking a Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist to lead complex dispute matters for CGU, WFI and Agencies, while coaching and guiding the team to lift capability and outcomes.
The role is permanent, full time, with a flexible office model.
It offers a supportive environment in which experienced professionals can influence practice and customer outcomes.
