Job Description
Service Advisor - Chery, Sea-Doo and Can-Am
As a Service Consultant, you will be the key link between our customers and our Service Department.
You will be responsible for managing the customer journey, accurately identifying their needs, communicating repair and maintenance requirements, and ensuring every customer receives professional and transparent service.
Working across Chery, Sea-Doo and Can-Am, no two days will be the same.
You will deal with a diverse range of customers, vehicles and watercraft while working closely with technicians, parts and management to ensure the workshop operates efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming service experience
Book vehicles and Sea-Doo watercraft into the workshop
Conduct customer consultations and accurately document concerns and requirements
Prepare accurate repair orders and job cards
Liaise with technicians to understand diagnosis, repairs and additional work required
Prepare and present repair estimates and quotations to customers
Obtain customer authorisation for additional repairs
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
Provide customers with transparent updates regarding job progress, costs and completion times
Coordinate watercraft pick-up and delivery
About you




Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant or similar customer-facing automotive role
Strong automotive technical knowledge and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and administration skills
The ability to manage multiple customers and jobs in a fast-paced environment
A professional presentation and positive attitude
Strong computer and dealership management system skills
The ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
