Traffic Radius is a Melbourne-based digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, SEM, website development, conversion rate optimisation and social media marketing.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist who's passionate about paid search, thrives on data, and is driven to deliver results that go beyond client expectations.
What You'll Do
Plan, build and manage Google Ads campaigns that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to sharpen campaign performance
Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics and other tools, turning data into actionable insights that improve ROI
Manage client budgets strategically, allocating spend across campaigns for maximum impact
Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies to lift conversion rates
Write compelling, audience-focused ad copy that drives engagement and action
Work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide regular updates and keep communication open throughout the campaign lifecycle
Stay ahead of the latest SEM and Google Ads trends to keep our strategies competitive
What You'll Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and search engine marketing
A proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable outcomes




Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and performance tracking
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant marketing tools
Agency experience, including managing multiple clients and stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Bonus Points For
Experience in conversion rate optimisation or website development
Familiarity with social media marketing and other digital channels
Google Ads certification or other relevant industry certifications
