About the Role
As Store Manager in DFO Harbour Town, you'll take complete ownership of your store.
This is an autonomous leadership role where your ability to build, inspire, and retain a motivated team will be key to success.

What You Need




Proven fashion retail leadership experience
Confidence managing budgets, KPIs, and operational standards
Robust people leadership with the ability to inspire a diverse team
Organisational skills and the ability to work independently
Passion for customer service and delivering beautiful in-store experiences
