Job Description
FMS Group in Mackay region seeks an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical shutdown crews across Bowen Basin mine sites.
You will coordinate 15+ personnel, ensuring safe, productive work and on-time delivery.
This hands-on leadership role requires a trade-qualified fitter, strong communication, and the ability to work with site management and project teams on draglines, shovels, and fixed plant assets.
